CHRIS COLTON, President
Chris graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing with an emphasis in sales. He was a territory manager for SeFar North American from 1993-1995. He formed Photo Chemical Supply in 1996 which he then sold in March of 2000 and joined Tom Kleppe & Associates. Chris was promoted to his current position in 2004 after completing a Certified Professional Manufacturer's Representative (CPMR) program. He then formed Water Solutions Marketing, LLC with Doug McReynolds and Bill Sutherland, acquiring Tom Kleppe & Associates.
DOUG MCREYNOLDS, National Accounts
Doug graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts degreen in Business. He's been a manufacturers' Representative since 1986 and was previously the Vice President/General Manager of Belknap, Inc., and Vice President of Marketing for Hardware Group Inc. Doug joined Tom Kleppe & Associates in 1992 and purchased the company, with Bill Sutherland, in 1996. The business was reincorperated as Water Solutions Marketing.
SCOTT GOSNEY, Sales Representative - Central & Northeast Florida
Scott is a graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Construction Management and Communications. He was a manufacturers' representative in the furniture industry from 1989 through 1999. He has been a manufacturers' representative in the plumbing industry since 2000.
WAYNE ALDERMAN, Sales Representative - West Coast Florida
Graduating from the University of South Florida with a Bachlors degree in Business Administration, Wayne became active in the operation of a family owned business, Seminole Electric Supply. In 1992 he gained employment as a plumbing sales representative and progressed to a territory management position in 1999. He has remained active in the plumbing industry for 14 years.
GUME VICTOR, Sales Representative - Southeast Florida
Gume has 25 years experience in the plumbing industry. He began his career in the early 1980’Äôs as a plumbing wholesale sales representative in South Florida. He previously held a district sales manager position for Florida and Puerto Rico for Briggs and American Standard. Gume recently joined our company as outside sales representative after working the last three years as a manufacturers’Äô representative.
